Returns and Refunds Policy

  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized or clearance items are final sale.

  • Process: To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
